General purchasing

In its daily work General Purchasing deals with the purchasing of non-serial products and services - which are not directly built in the products (engines, vehicles) manufactured by AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt.

Our main tasks:

• Purchasing goods, materials and services of a suitable quality at an appropriate price and at the right time for Audi Hungaria
• Tendering procedure for suppliers
• Commercial evaluation of the supplier's bids
• Price negotiations with suppliers
• Commissioning and singning contracts
• Tracing orders
• Management of customer complaints
• Keeping in touch with the existing supplier base
• Market research, benchmark

Serial purchasing

C-Alkatrész purchasing was founded in 2006 with the objective - acting as a concern - to make use of efficiency and cost optimization potentials.

C spare parts are parts whose annaul turnover does not reach 500.000 €, or the total annual turnover of the whole group of materials is under 40 million €, or whose price is below 1 €/piece. The standard parts also belong to this group. Our main job is to purchase C parts for VW and Audi vehicles and motors, regardless where in the world they are produced. In our job we are in close touch with the purchasing of the 12 brands of the VW group.
