After studying materials science at RWTH Aachen University/Germany, Breme, a graduate engineer, began his professional career at AUDI AG as a planner for substructure/structural planning for car bodies and foreign plants. From 2009 onwards, Breme was head of Audi toolmaking and was responsible for the toolmaking sites in Ingolstadt, Neckarsulm, Győr, Audi Tooling Barcelona in Martorell and Audi Tooling China in Beijing. In 2016, Michael Breme became Head of Production and Plant Planning at AUDI AG. In this role, he was responsible for the production planning of all vehicle projects of the Audi brand and for the planning and implementation of the plant structures of all Audi locations worldwide, including Győr. Michael Breme was born in 1967, is married and has two sons aged 19 and 22. In his spare time, he is fascinated by old cars, four of which he owns and works on them himself as a balance to work.

Kinga Németh, Director of Human Resources and Organization at Audi Hungaria, studied economics at the Budapest University of Economics after graduating from the University of Szeged with a degree in German Studies. At Audi Hungaria, she gained experience in finance and controlling and held several management positions in the field of human resources. In 2017, she took on a management position at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt in the field of dual vocational training. She returned to Győr as Head of the Audi Academy and as of 2021, she is a member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Human Resources and Organization. Kinga Németh was born in 1971 in Győr. She has one son. Németh is interested in many facets of culture and loves jogging- especially in nature.

Achim Grewe holds a diploma in economics with a specialisation in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, and he has been working at Audi Group since 1996. Throughout his professional career, he has held a number of senior positions in controlling and finance at Audi, Volkswagen and Bentley, in countries such as Germany, Brazil and South Korea. As a member of supervisory boards of international companies within Audi Group, he was responsible for various Audi subsidiaries. Achim Grewe was born in Germany in 1968. He is married and has two children. After work, he likes sailing, skiing, hiking in the mountains or riding a racing bicycle.

Zoltán Les graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He began his career in 1997 as a series designer in the vehicle assembly department of Audi Hungaria, which he became head of in 2000. In 2008, he moved to Ingolstadt, where he held management positions in vehicle production. Two years later, he returned to Győr and headed the assembly, logistics and pre-production departments. Since 2019, he has been responsible for vehicle production on the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria. Zoltán Les was born in 1971 in Pécs (Hungary). He is married with two daughters. Les also loves to travel. In the region, he can often be found in a dragon boat, at a triathlon or on his motorcycle.

Peter Will started his career at AUDI AG in 1999. After initial positions in vehicle distribution, he was responsible for process and concept development in the field of logistics. He was then appointed Head of Central Logistics at Audi Hungaria, and later Head of International Production Structures Development of AUDI AG. Later, he built up Audi’s XKD activities for the Audi Q3 and A3 models in Brazil at Audi do Brasil, then took over the design and management of the Audi Group’s full XKD project. Subsequently, he assumed responsibility for drivetrain and chassis production planning at AUDI AG, during which the future electric powertrain portfolio was significantly expanded. Since 2024, he has served as a member of the Board of Management at Audi Hungaria, overseeing the production of both combustion and electric powertrains. He is married, has three children, and enjoys spending his free time with his dog, hiking, and mountain biking.
