Forward-looking risk management, uniform Group-wide framework conditions based on the compliance management system and the integrity of our Management Board members and the entire workforce are the foundations of our etical actions. In this way, we ensure the good reputation of our company, the trust of our business partners and the well-being of our employees.

Compliance and integrity are an integral part of Audi Hungaria’s strategy and culture. Our goal is to make our business decisions ethically, in accordance with legal regulations and our internal policies.

Compliance & Integrity

Risk Management

The responsible handling of risks at Audi Hungaria is supported by a comprehensive risk management and internal control system (RMS/ICS). The organizational structure of Audi Hungaria's RMS/ICS is based on the internationally recognized COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework (COSO: Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission). It helps to identify, minimize and, if possible, avoid potential risks.

Risk Management

Business and human rights

We are committed to our corporate responsibility for human rights and are guided to a large extent by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. In terms of content, these refer in particular to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (codified in the Civil and Social Covenant), the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

As part of the compliance management system, central responsibility for human rights lies with Compliance, which is in constant communication with various functions, specialist departments and Group Coordination. Responsible supply chain management is also a key element in respecting human rights when working with suppliers.

We have anchored our understanding of the fundamental aspects of human rights both in the Audi Hungaria Code of Conduct and in internal guidelines and formulate our expectations of employees and business partners in the following documents, for example: Code of Conduct, Social Charter, Volkswagen Code of Conduct for Business Partners.
