The focus at Audi Hungaria is on occupational health, prevention and health promotion. Our health management aims to maintain and improve the health and well-being of our employees. This also includes promoting the creation and maintenance of safe, non-hazardous and motivating working conditions. Audi Hungaria has two medical health centers on the company premises. In addition to occupational health examinations, our employees also have access to specialist medical care, outpatient services, Audi check-ups, physiotherapy, andphysiotherapy. We also organize blood donation campaigns several times a year. We support our colleagues in taking responsibility for their own health: through prevention programs promoting mental health, lectures, podcasts, panel discussions, and events about healthy nutrition, sleep hygiene, addiction prevention, and stress management.

For more than 20 years now, Audi Hungaria and its partner institutions have been successfully running the dual vocational training program, in which more than 2,600 students have acquired a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge and graduated as skilled workers. Students can currently learn 12 professions in 4 different sectors. During the training, theoretical and practical knowledge is taught simultaneously and complementarily at educational institutions and partner companies. Trainees can learn the skills of their chosen profession at the company's training center, which covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, as well as in the production areas of the engine and vehicle plant.

The trainees are involved in the company programmes and take part in Diversity Talks and the Biodiversity Project Day, among other things.

Audi Hungaria has been the main sponsor of the Győri Audi ETO KC women's handball team since 2006. With these new partnerships, the company is not only supporting top-class sport, but also mass sports and people with disabilities.  As part of the corporate income tax (TAO), Audi Hungaria has been supporting several sports organizations in the Győr region for years. From 2024, this cooperation was expanded to include three new partnerships at national level – the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation, the Hungarian Basketball Federation and the Hungarian Volleyball Federation. 

Even the largest multinational company has commitments whose objectives cannot be measured using traditional economic indicators. By regularly supporting the "Aladár Petz" county educational hospital, for example, we have endeavored to make our contribution to the fight against the coronavirus. 

Corporate citizenship stands for doing good for citizens and for social responsibility. We are committed to our environment and we act in this spirit in our day-to-day work, both as a company and as employees. 

As part of the pro bono project, Audi Hungaria employees offer presentations on proven best practices from more than 30 years of company history for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The presentations are intended to enable interested companies to apply the processes and methods presented by Audi Hungaria employees in their day-to-day business using practical examples.

Under the umbrella of the "Procurement with Purpose" programme, we are specifically looking for "social enterprises" in Hungary that want to achieve both economic success and a targeted social contribution with their business model, for example by hiring people with special challenges. By awarding contracts to these small companies, we achieve a direct positive social impact with a high sustainability effect.
