Since its foundation in 1993, Audi Hungaria has produced more than 45 million engines and more than two million vehicles in Győr. Production of the second generation of the Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback started in 2018.

This success story continues with the new generation Audi Q3, which will celebrate its world premiere this summer."

In 2024, the seventh year of production of the successful compact SUV, Audi Hungaria employees produced a total of 99,288 units. The Sportback version rolled off the production line in 63,759 units. With more than 30 years of powertrain production manufacturing experience and 25 years of vehicle manufacturing history, Audi Hungaria is a leading player in the Hungarian automotive industry and a driving force of the Hungarian economy.

This was confirmed by the strategic agreement signed today by Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Gerd Walker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Audi Hungaria and Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG responsible for Production and Logistics, Michael Breme, Chairman of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria, and Achim Grewe, Member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Finance, Procurement, IT and Compliance.
