The awards were given in four categories: the Outstanding Students in the “Szakma Sztár” competition, the winners in the Set an Example! - creative students’ competition, the representatives of the most inspiring practical training site and the Best Students in the professions taught.
115 young people who completed Audi Hungaria's dual vocational training programme in 2025 were welcomed. The apprentices have acquired a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge in 12 different professions in the automotive, electronics, metalworking and business sectors, providing them with a solid foundation for their careers. Many of the graduates intend to continue their careers with Audi Hungaria in the future.
“One of the keys to the transformation of the automotive industry is the continuous development of our competences. One pillar of this is dual training, the close integration of production and training processes, in which our students are active participants. It is particularly important for us to recognise the work, talent and dedication of young professionals every year, to encourage future generations to achieve professional excellence. I would like to thank all our trainers in the dual training program and the trainers in our partner institutions for their professional, dedicated and result-oriented work. I wholeheartedly congratulate our graduating students and wish them continued success in their professional careers,” said Kinga Németh, Member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Human Resources and Organization.

Audi Hungaria, a pioneer of dual vocational training in Hungary, has been running its training programme based on the German model for more than 24 years, during which time more than 2,500 students have graduated, most of them starting their professional careers at Audi Hungaria, and nearly 1,000 of them have to this day been employees of the company. The company maintains a relationship with Audi Hungaria School Centre Győr and 5 schools of the Győr Vocational Training Centre.
As a corporate training centre, the four-ring company also offers contract training. Professionals with a high level of education in an industrial environment typically find employment in the labour market of the region.
