Authentic, practical experience is becoming increasingly important in career choices. Students and their parents are looking for opportunities to learn about future professions in a real-life environment through their own experiences.

In response to this, Audi Hungaria's dual training center, the Audi Academy, organizes an open day every year to provide a comprehensive overview of the opportunities offered by dual vocational training and the advantages provided by the company.
The event attracted more interest than ever before. The Audi Academy's portfolio covers five main occupational groups: mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing, electronics and electrical engineering, information technology, and sales. These training programs are continuously adapted to the company's technological developments, industry trends, and regional labor market needs.
Interactive professional presentations, experiential programs developed jointly with students, and informational materials for parents provided comprehensive support for career orientation and long-term career planning.

In addition to the professional stands of the Audi training center, educational partners – the institutions of the Győr Vocational Training Center – the Lukács, Pattantyús, and Jedlik schools and the Audi Schule, as well as Széchenyi István University, which offers further education opportunities, were also presented. Thanks to the Audi Academy's vocational training network, partner companies participating in dual training, such as KACO Hungary Kft., SICK Kft and Nemak Győr Kft, also had a place at the event. Career guidance was provided by the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Pedagogical Service and the Piarista Kilátó Center in Vác, using tools such as competency assessments, questionnaires, and counseling to help young people make informed decisions.
The credibility of the open day was reinforced by the authentic manufacturing environment and the active participation of students enrolled in dual training programs. Visitors were able to obtain information directly from young people who are already learning the basics of their profession in a corporate environment, thus providing an accurate picture of the opportunities for development.
