In 1993, Audi Hungaria Motor Kft was built for engine production only, but in 1998 it was completed by vehicle production and in 2005 with tool production.
Thank to the fact that the Győr site year after year proved its capabilities, it has now developed into one of the largest engine production factories of the world. Manufactured types include 4-, 6-, 8-, 10- and 12-cylinder models as well as Otto and diesel engines. In the engine factory of Audi Hungaria, high-technology engines are produced using the most advanced manufacturing processes.
