Factory planning consists of 4 departments:

• Architectural Planning
• Mechanical Engineering for Buildings
• Facility Management
• General Planning

Architectural Planning creates the architectural conditions for the dynamic development of the company’s site. For this purpose, the department makes available the required architectural designing capacity, and ensures project coordination. It is responsible for general structural planning, strategic factory planning, construction of new buildings, reconstructions as well as for designing infrastructure, office and social welfare premises.

The main focus of its activities is the design work related to new buildings, reconstructions and transport routes, the planning work for setting up and dismounting the manufacturing equipment as well as the energy supply of buildings and manufacturing equipment.

The scope of the duties of the Mechanical Engineering for Buildings includes the construction of supply infrastructure, the operation of supply centres and the energy-saving programme.

The Facility Management department is responsible for the planning of technical and infrastructural activities, for the planning, execution and operation of surface management (e.g. the operation and maintenanance of facility management systems, the cleaning within buildings, the maintenance of outdoor surfaces, mail service, internal vehicle service, vehicle rent, and responsibilities related to Pér Airport).

General Planning co-ordinates the execution of new machine installations and decompositions in the company. Similarly, the planning, realization and reorganization of transport technology including its control and adjustment to trasport pallets. Its further duties include the design and erection of steel structures (platforms, stairs, shock protectors, etc.) as well as the installation of hoisting devices and KBK equipment. Line devices are ordered and installed in co-ordination with the production department.
