Young Mothers’ Integration Programme (“KIP”) – HR initiative for the parents returning to work
In September 2007, AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft introduced this sceme that is new and unique in the country, for those returning to work after maternity leave. The Young Mothers’ Integration Programme (KIP) offers help to young mothers and fathers in returning and integration through the following:
- Information Booklet (Vademecum) (information on salarial, labour and social insurance questions)
- Programmes within company such as Information Forum (to present the programme (KIP)), Integration Day (where the changes in the company are presented), and the Follow-Up Training.
- Relieved plan of work
- Telework, if the mother works at home,
- Replacement for the time of holidays and overcharged periods
- Part time employment (4 or 6 hours a day)
- Possibilities of further education.
With the help of the “KIP” programme, AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft is able to continually and consiously manage the human resources available and offer social aid to the parents with small children. Young mothers return to work step by step, gradually, and actualize their professional skills.
We largely build on the activity of young mothers, and our purpose is that they keep countinuous relationship with the company.
