Competitive allowance package
Allowances made up of several elements that may be personalised
- Base salary + bonus depending on performance
- 13th month’s salary
- Bonus payment in proportion to performance, on the average amounting to one month’s salary
- Annual market-based salary adjustment
Further financial and other supplementary allowances amounting to approx. 20% of the yearly salary:
- Cafeteria: facultative non-salarial allowance (in 2009: 300,000 HUF/year). Selectable: meal voucher, holiday voucher, language course and school-year starting allowance, contribution to health insurance fund membership fee, local travel pass, contribution to travel pass expenses, computer purchase, internet access, book or theatre voucher
- Allowances to home building, purchase or refurbishment
- Assistance to professional trainings and further education
- Assisted car purchase programme (preferential lease scheme)
- Preferential purchasing conditions with service-providers (e.g. credit facilities, buying technical goods, internet, etc.)
