Audi is currently extending the capacity of its factory in Győr and is going to invest 900 million euro in the next years merely for the extension of the factory. AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. has now arrived to such definitive and complex tasks, at which the economic reorganisation of the individual business units has become necessary. For the assurance of better transparency and controllability of the business units the corporate reorganization is the most reasonable solution.

The main business activities of AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft., so the engine production, engine development and car assembly have to be separated from the non-productive units. It will be the function of AUDI HUNGARIA SERVICES Zrt. to provide different services (such as purchasing) for the companies belonging to the VW-Group. This will be extended with further activities. This will enable the effective control of the Audi Hungaria Group.
